I cant get over how good of a business this is! They had to act as my insurance adjuster because my insurance company did not have any adjusters in my area. Then, they gave me a rental car free of charge whether my insurance company was going to cover it or not. They then dealt directly with the insurance company in order to resolve the issue. They even helped me cover my deductible! When work began after getting all the paperwork from the insurance co. situated, they called me and kept me in the loop on my car's progress and also took me into the into the shop to look at it when I stopped by with the check from my insurance company. I got my car back yesterday and I can't believe that this is paintless dent repair!!! There must have been five hundred dents in the top, hood and the trunk of my car and now it looks brand new! The folks who run it are very nice but they're also extremely professional and, by the looks of my car, VERY good at what they do. Thanks again guys! Y'all did a great job!!!

Jeff and Marshall came through with everything they said. They got me a rental and got my car done in eight days. I was told by another company they couldn't get my car in until February 2019. They valeted my car to me when it was finished. They also kept their promise of taking care of my deductible. I paid NOTHING. I would recommend these guys any time.

Jeremy at Platinum was a God Send. I had $5,000 worth of hail damage on a new car. I couldn't afford the deductible to fix it. Platinum came to my house, brought me a rental, took care of the deductible and everything else, literally. The only thing I had to do was switch out the keys when it was all over. Easiest thing I've ever had to do! They even dealt with the insurance company.

I am happy to endorse Platinum Hail & Dent for excellent work. I was promised the hail damage on my car would be repaired at no cost to me and that I would be given a rental car to drive while it was being worked on. I thought it sounded too good to be true but took a chance anyway. I was not disappointed! They contacted my insurance company for an estimate and they contacted me to verify that claim. They also did a couple extra things beyond the hail damage that made the car look better, almost like new. When I picked up the car, it looked great! They delivered on everything they promised!

I was a little skeptical on the Free Rental and the waiver of the Insurance Deductible. I was pleasantly surprised by the easy process that this entailed.

I went in and dropped my car off, they worked directly with the insurance company as I had already had an estimate done by another car repair facility. It took a little over a week for the adjuster to come out and then roughly another week until the car was ready for pickup.

I have to say the team is A+ here and I would recommend to any one looking to have their car repaired for Hail Damage.

My car is a 2017 Ford Escape and looks awesome.
